Project Management Experience

We have managed projects with teams of up to 20 software developers and a host of associated Line Of Business (LOB) staff.

Our project management team have apprenticed writing software in a team environment, consequently we provide 'true' hands on project management.  When and if necessary project managers are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the engineering effort.

Members of the LNX Alliance Inc. team have managed many project including:

• Large Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) applications,
• Data driven WEB applications,
• Embedded communications systems (802.3, TCP/IP, USB, X.25, SNA, CMIP, SNMP, Frame Relay),
• Sub-rate T1 Network Management, 
• Element Management Systems (EMS),                                                                                        
• SCADA systems,
• Protocol translations systems (MODBUS - Eagle Research, 3270 BYSYNC - X.25, PDS Snyder - TL1, SNA - X.25 )
• Network infrastructure design and roll out.
